• Subscription fees are calculated according to the selected plan. • Payment can be made through multiple methods supported by the platform. • Subscription fees are non-refundable after payment except in exceptional cases evaluated by the support team. • Maqadhi reserves the right to modify prices with at least 30 days prior notice. • Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension.

All content published on Maqadhi Blog — including articles, tutorials, designs, and logos — is the exclusive property of Maqadhi and protected by intellectual property laws. Republishing, copying, or distributing any content without prior written permission from Maqadhi is prohibited. Content you publish in your store on the platform remains yours, and Maqadhi is granted a limited license to display and operate it for service provision purposes.

Maqadhi is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the approved privacy policy. We use your data only for: • Providing agreed-upon services. • Improving user experience. • Communicating with you regarding your account and our services. You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. The service will remain available until the end of the paid period. Maqadhi reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these terms or causes harm to the platform or its users, without prior notice in severe cases.

These terms are subject to the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved according to the legal procedures approved in the Kingdom.
